Symptom

The Touchworks EHR login screen becomes stuck in a loop of opening and closing.

Resolution

  1. Launch Internet Explorer
  2. Go to "Tools" > "Manage Add-ons"

  3. Look for the "IDXHlprObj" class, and ensure it is enabled. If it is disabled, click on the "Enable" button to enable it.

  4. Go to "Tools" > "Internet Options"
  5. Select the "Advanced" tab, and ensure that the "Enable third party browser extensions" option is checked
