Crystal Reports 10 Setup
Issue
You'd like to setup Crystal Reports 10 to create reports for TouchWorks v10/v11.
Resolution
When installing Crystal Reports v10, make sure you do the following:
1. Go to the Crystal support site and download latest service pack (SP6 as of 25 March 2011). Reports may not run properly in TouchWorks v10.x/v11 if you do not have at least SP3 for Crystal 10.
2. Get CRUFLCHTimeZone.dll from C:\Program Files\Allscripts Healthcare Solutions\TouchWorks Web\TouchWorks\ on any TouchWorks web or print server.
3. Move the DLL to your C:\Windows\System32 folder and Open With regsrv32.exe (found also in the system 32 directory). I usually setup regsrv32 to run anytime I double click a DLL.
Note: Step 3 may not work if not logged in as an administrator. In this case you will get the following error message "The module 'C:\Windows\System32\CRUFLCHTimeZone.dll' was loaded but the call to DllRegisterServer failed with error code 0x80004005". A way around this is to run the command prompt as an administrator (right click command prompt and click 'Run as an administrator'), change location to C:\Windows\System32 and run Regsvr32.exe CRUFLCHTimeZone.dll.
