An application that is used to synchronize the Works database with the printers defined on the various print servers.

Location

The CSSPrinterTrays.exe is usually installed on the same server as the TWCSSSPooler.

For example: C:\Program Files\Allscripts Healthcare Solutions\TouchWorks Web\Touchworks Print Center

Configuration

  1. Launch the application
  2. Provide the appropriate web server name (without the http://) and select With SSL when apporpriate.
  3. The AppGroup will normally be Touchworks
  4. Hit the connect button
  5. Select a print server in the box below and hit the edit button.
  6. Go through each printer in the list and press the Sync button.
