Steps to creating an Allscripts Clinical Note
1. Build document type in the document type dictionary. Manifestation = Allscripts Clinical
2. If using new text templates, build those under Clinical Note Admin > Manage Text Templates
3. If using new M-Templates, build those under Clinical Note > Manage M-Templates
4. Under Clinical Note Admin > Manage Note Definitions > New...build your new note definition (or use existing)
5. Assign the new document type to an appropriate chart section.
6. Test the new note.
