Batch is locked and the unlock code is unknown

The printable version is no longer supported and may have rendering errors. Please update your browser bookmarks and please use the default browser print function instead.

Go into Configure, then System Settings (in Scan) and update the Document Lock Override Code (under the Security Settings portion). Then, right click on the document and choose "unlock" to see the code.
