Available database merge fields

Here are some of the merge fields that you will find available to use when designing text templates:

• FirstName LastName
• FirstName
• Mr./Mrs. LastName
• Mr./Mrs. FirstName LastName
• Patient Address
• Patient MRN
• Patient DOB
• Patient Age
• Other Number
• Patient Gender
• Author
• PCP (Primary Care Provider) - typically this must be populated via Reg/Sched interface from your PMS before it is available at the patient level in EHR.
• RFP (Referring Provider) - typically this must be populated via Reg/Sched interface from you PMS before it is available at the appointment/encounter level in EHR.
• Date (Current System Date)
• Time (Current System Time)
