If looking at the auto-print default items you notice that a particular item is missing, check the Document Type dictionary for that item. If the "IsInactive" flag is set, the item will not present in the auto-print default drop-down. To return the item to those available in the auto-print defaults, uncheck the "IsInactive" flag.
