Alert Preferences that use Specialty:
Display Specialty Alerts:
Options - 1. Check All Specialties
2. Check the Specialties that Apply
Overdue Order Alerts:
Options - 5. Show orders related to my specialty in My Alerts and hide any others
6. Show order related to my specialty in All Other Alerts and hide any others
Overdue Reminder Alerts:
Options - 5. Show orders related to my specialty in My Alerts and hide any others
6. Show order related to my specialty in All Other Alerts and hide any others
