Add Clinical Item

Add Clinical Item (ACI) is a form (dialog box) created when selecting "new" from the clinical toolbar under:

  1. Allergies
  2. Orders
  3. Problems

It includes three tabs:

  1. History Builder
  2. Rx/Orders
  3. Problem-based Orders

The secondary tabs are not available to be renamed or changed. ACI.jpg
