-240: This Document has already be Finalized, you cannot not overwrite an invalidate

Description

This occurs when there is a document erroneously assigned an Accession Number that is not unique.

Common Scenario

This error may occur when trying to edit a document that has already been filed.

Fix

The issue may be resolved to changing the following flag to 'Y': AllowDocumentOverwriteFLAG in the reg_system_map table.

or by changing the Document Interface Validation Level to Medium in the Org Setup (Internal Organization) in TWAdmin
