"History" sections of Note are grayed out on input in V11.1.7

The printable version is no longer supported and may have rendering errors. Please update your browser bookmarks and please use the default browser print function instead.
Checking the box to "Include items in Note Output by default" in Note Admin for the input template in question should resolve this issue. Once checked, the items will appear in bold within the input template, meaning that they will appear on the final output unless they are hidden by the user each time for the note template(s) being used.
