Symptom
The Enterprise EHR login screen becomes stuck in a loop of opening and closing.
Resolution
- Launch Internet Explorer
- Go to "Tools" > "Manage Add-ons"
- Look for the "IDXHlprObj" class, and ensure it is enabled. If it is disabled, click on the "Enable" button to enable it.
- Go to "Tools" > "Internet Options"
- Select the "Advanced" tab, and ensure that the "Enable third party browser extensions" option is checked
