Question
Can you please tell us if the passwords will change for the users on go live weekend. What user set up items will import on go live weekend? I am assuming these will be new worklists, workspaces, and desktops.
Answer
On Go-Live Monday, the passwords associated with your users will be maintained. Even though you will be loading the User/Provider SSMT spreadsheet, this will not affect the passwords in your production system. There has been a security feature added that encrypts passwords on the SSMT User/Provider Spreadsheet, and it is not possible to change the password of a user via SSMT.
Users will have the same password on Go-Live Monday that they had in V10 on Friday.
