Question: Why doesn't H1N1 come up when I search the ACI?:
- v11 Clients will have received this vaccine to their Vaccine dictionary from Medi-Span via the Delta Process
- v10 Clients will need to open a SupportForce case requesting the DB Script to insert it.
- It is important to note that searching for this vaccine using words such as Swine Flu or H1N1 will not work unless keywords are built to handle such.
- If there are no “Keywords” built users will need to search using the word “Influenza”. Swine Flu or even H1N1 will not return this vaccine.
- Keywords can be added via the menu Phys Admin --> Base --> Keywords. You can add the keyword 'H1N1'(aka Swine Flu) and link it to the appropriate immunizations.
