Q: Invalidated note attached to appointment encounter. How to get correct note attached?

Tested in V11.1.7: When two notes are associated with the same appointment encounter, but its the invalidated note that is actually attached to the note icon on the schedule do the following to fix:

1. click on the note icon from the schedule
2. edit the note
3. click the binoculars in the upper right hand corner of the note and change to any encounter besides the appointment encounter
4. save and close
5. refresh the schedule and the note icon should now be associated with the correct note.
