Disconnect Scan Sessions
Scenario: Scan users are prompted that they have an open session in Allscripts Document Management.
Prerequisite: Scan users are configured without the option "this user may log in to the system using concurrent logins" selected. This setting is found under Configure > System Security > Users > Edit User
Solution: Log into ADM with system administrator access and select Configure > System Security > Current Users. Select the correct account and hit the disconnect button.
