-148: Bad Accession Number: Result Accession Number and External Visit Number do not match

Description

This error occurs when the TW order number and accession number do not match in TouchWorks. One of the two numbers is incorrect for the results being sent back to TouchWorks.

Fix

Look in TouchWorks for the correct TW order number or accession number. Request that the vendor update the order with the correct order number or accession number.
