Verify Patient Result tasks come in assigned to provider “New Results”

Verify that the Ordering Provider is an active "User/Provider" in the "TWUser Admin" menu.
TWEHR assigns incoming results with a missing or inactive Order Provider to 'New Results' so the patient results still make in into the application even if there is an issue with the Order Provider for patient safety.
