Q: According to "Pre-Configuration and Certified Workflows Release Notes" (v11.1.1), there is supposed to be a new CharViewer view called "Recent Chart." why can't I find it?
The chart viewer view is something that is delivered with the "Gold" data base which is delivered for new implementations only. The gold database is not delivered with the upgrade because it could overwrite already configured parts of your system.
You can create this view yourself in the Chartviewer editor if it is something that you feel will be beneficial for your organization.
