The chart viewer view is something that is delivered with the "Gold" data base which is delivered for new implementations only.  The gold database is not delivered with the upgrade because it could overwrite already configured parts of your system.

Q: According to "Pre-Configuration and Certified Workflows Release Notes" (v11.1.1), there is supposed to be a new ChartViewer view called "Recent Chart." why can't I find it?

The chart viewer view is something that is delivered with the "Gold" data base which is delivered for new implementations only. The gold database is not delivered with the upgrade because it could overwrite already configured parts of the system.

The view can be created using the Chartviewer editor.
