Recommendations/Notes
- CPT4 : This is for informational purposes only. This should carry over from V10, but if not, you should add them. This helps with the OCD mapping process.
- Set overdue and expiration intervals in order to obtain overdue reports.
The delivered value in TWadmin displays "0" but this actually means "Set to default". In SSMT, items with a value of 0 will show the delivered value of 10 (days).
Select the checkbox “overdue important” in order to task providers when orders are overdue.
