HMP Alerts in Call Processing

In order to have the HMP alerts appear in the Call Processing window?

Go To Admin -> Preferences -> WorkflowCPShowHMPAlerts and change setting to 'Y'

Go To Admin -> Systems -> Preferences -> Select Physician Homebase -> Chnage WorkflowCPShowHMPAlerts
