Enterprise macro wont copy to end user

The printable version is no longer supported and may have rendering errors. Please update your browser bookmarks and please use the default browser print function instead.
This is likely due to the fact that the end user created a personal macro with the exact same shortcut as the Enterprise level macro shortcut.
