Counseling Evaluation
Description
The Counseling Evaluation dictionary contains a list of interpretations to how a patient responds to counseling/teaching. The items in the dictionary can be found in the Evaluation column for each education item within EHR. Additional entries can be added to the dictionary. Each item is associated with a delivered picklist and any additional items added to the dictionary should be created with associated picklists as well.
