Description
CareGuides are a new feature of TouchWorks v11. They are meant to provide a template for problem based ordering using industry standards. These CareGuides allow providers to quickly and effectively create a "Plan of Care" for a specific problem while at the same time creating the desired Health Managament Plan for the patient.

To Identify the CareGuide Version/Release installed in your system.
