Visual Verification option missing user names (15.1)

Visual Verification is a preference that is new to 15.1. It applies to Immunizations and Medication Administrations. When searching for a user to visually verify a medication, it is important to keep in mind that all users and providers can be options to visually verify, however only those users who are logged into the same site as the person doing the med admin or immunization will show up in the list of potential people who can visually verify the medication.
