Renaming the note output ONLY in Note Admin does not carry over to the user facing output

In Versions 11.1.6 and 11.1.7 when an Admin renames a note section within the note output template ONLY, the name change does not carry over to the user side. However, if the note section on the input template is renamed, the new name does carry over to both the user facing input and outputs. Renaming a note section on the output only is fixed and tested successfully in V11.2.
