Patient Demographics

The patient demographics section can be found on the Patient Profile Dialog box

Description: The Demographics area displays patient information that does not change from one encounter to the next. Most of this information comes through a registration interface from a practice management system (PMS) such as Allscripts Practice Management™ and is not editable on this page.
