MS Project file to track build activity

During a large implementation, the following Microsoft Project templates were created to track build activities. It allows the functionality of MS Project to track the hours, effort, resources etc. to give more precise data for status reports and completion times etc. Using these tools can help answer the question, "How quick can everything be built for ABC practice?" These tools allow for estimates, based on what was known to be done and of the effort remaining."
