Description
The Epworth Sleepiness Scale is used to determine a patient's level of daytime sleepiness.

| Show Full Questions in Annotations | True/False | True will enable the display of the full calculator input question text (rather than Q1, Q2, etc.) in the result output annotations.
False will disable the display of the full calculator input question text and display the question numbers and answers only in the result output annotations. |
