Future Encounters

Question: Future encounters are no longer showing up in the encounters component on the clinical desktop in 11.2.3, is there a setting to change this?

Answer: Yes, under Admin>Preferences>PndApptFilter change the setting NP (No Pending) to SP (Show Pending).
