• Setting the history sections to lock when the note is saved and signed will prevent inapplicable updates from occurring in the note, while setting the PLAN section to lock upon finalization will do the same except that the provider does not have to unlock that section prior to doing the plan.

• If defaulting family history to show per family member does not work, ensure that "details" is checked on the output for that note section and make sure to un-hide the list header. If it still does not work appropriately, default by "alpha" instead.

• When using a free text box, an error will occur if you place a carriage return into the box and then tab out. To avoid this error, make sure there is verbiage documented in the free text box.
