Q: Why are messages successfully being sent from the inbound vendor system, but do not show in the source system and/or are not processing properly in the target?

This could be indicative of the message being recognized as "noise" by ConnectR. If the message is marked as noise, this is usually the result of one of the following:

  • ConnectR was unable to determine the type of message sent (i.e. ADT, ORU)
  • Delimiters defined in the system are not consistent with those received in the message
