Q: We just upgraded from V10 to V11 in Test, why am I not finding Noteforms?

Noteforms – Noteforms can be loaded, but they are currently being updated on an ongoing basis by Allscripts. Noteforms are not necessary to build the V11 result letter. The recommendation for Noteforms is to have Noteforms loaded prior to phase 2 when you are ready to begin your note build.
