Q: If two users edit a note at the same time, is there a warning message?

The system will not allow two people to edit a note at the same time. If a second user attempts to edit a note while another user is currently editing it, it will prevent it and tell the user that it is locked. It also states who has it locked in case someone forgot to close it.
