Add Med Deferral Reason

Additional reasons for deferring a medication can be added to the Order Status Reason dictionary by clicking "add" near the bottom of the screen. Highlight the newly created “Reason” and click the Order Status Button, find the correct available order status and add it to the assigned order status then click ok.
